Introducing the new staff who have joined us recently to a strengthened team

Let’s welcome the new faces in the office to the MBA family!

Anna Woo

Anna has rejoined the Career & Professional Development team as Senior Manager, leading the corporate relations function and career development for Part-time MBA students. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Art from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the US and is a Certified Public Accountant. Anna started her career as an auditor at KPMG and later joined the HKUST MBA office, supporting the Full-time career service for two years. She has been a recruitment consultant for the past eight years at Michael Page and Pure Search, gaining strong market knowledge, with network and career insights.

Celia Hui

Celia has joined the Career & Professional Development team as Manager, focused mainly on career development for Full-time MBAs. She has over six years’ experience in recruitment and talent strategy. Before joining HKUST, she was HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Celia has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, both from Polytechnic University Hong Kong.

Isis Wu

Isis has joined the Career & Professional Development team as Assistant Manager, focused mainly on corporate partnerships, career coaching, and career opportunities for Full-time MSc students. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining HKUST, she spent four years at Morgan Stanley (Private Wealth Management), where she was involved in learning and development, talent recruitment, and employee engagement.

Kobie Wai

Kobie has joined the Career & Professional Development team as Officer, serving as the team’s initial contact point for daily enquiries and event management. She also leads projects enhancing the employer CRM system and brings additional capacity to hiring trend data analytics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Over the past five years, she has worked on undergraduate recruitment at HKUST, as well as the IT industry, where she was involved in event coordination, project management, system automation, and data analytics for both human resources and finance.

Kitty Chan

Kitty, Assistant Officer in the Marketing & Admissions team, is focused mainly on digital marketing across social media, search engines, email, web, and landing pages to build the HKUST MBA as a global brand and assist with admissions enquiries. She recently graduated from the BBA in Marketing program at City University of Hong Kong.

Kathy Ma

Kathy has joined the Part-time MBA team as Assistant Manager. Kathy received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HKUST. Since then, she has worked in various marketing roles in the telecom, entertainment, and hospitality industries, specializing in customer relationship management (CRM). Prior to joining HKUST, she managed a regional loyalty program for an Asian luxury cruise line.

Katrina Lo

Katrina has joined the Program Planning team as Assistant Manager, focused mainly on course scheduling and logistics. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HKUST, she has worked in the fast moving consumer goods industry for several years, particularly in the sales and marketing field.
