HKUST MBA |
Recognition of Unfading Partnerships
To celebrate our long-term relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, donors and employers, the MBA Office hosted a corporate reception on 23 November 2018. This event provided an excellent platform for HKUST to recognise our corporate partners and the strong support they have given to the MBA Program in the corporate world. It was also a great opportunity for our partners to learn more about the recent developments in the MBA program and the portfolios and career aspirations of our MBA students.
HKUST President, Professor SHYY Wei, and the Dean of the School of Business and Management, Professor TAM Kar-Yan, officiated at the event. They both shared the success stories of the University and the latest developments in the School and its MBA Program. Our MBA student representatives also shared their valuable learning experience and how they had benefited from the new MBA curriculum, with science and technological topics such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics and fintech incorporated.
More than 200 guests from a wide range of industries joined the event. They were recognised for providing different forms of support to our MBA Program, including scholarships, academic courses and case competition sponsorships, alumni event sponsorship, internships and employment opportunities for our students. The enduring support from our commercial partners has been the cornerstone of the HKUST MBA Program’s continuous success.
